Simple stir fry vegetable for porridge or plain rice.
600 gm spinach
1/2 tbsp garlic - chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
a dash of pepper
2 tbsp oil
- Wash spinach to remove soil/sand. Pluck the leaves and stems. Discard the yellow leaves and roots. Wash and drain off water on colander.
- Heat oil to saute garlic till fragrant, add in spinach, fry till limp. Add in fish sauce and cooking wine. Stir to combine and dish out to serve.
- can add wolfberries 'kei chee' if preferred
- garlic can be chopped, sliced or keep whole [more cloves of garlic if keep whole - fry till brown]
