|Stir Fry Leftover Roasted Chicken With Soy Sauce|
1 whole roasted chicken [leftover] - chop bite size pieces
2-3 pips garlic - smashed or chopped
1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp sugar
some water [for thick gravy]
1-2 tbsp oil
- Heat oil in wok, saute garlic till fragrant. Add in the roasted chicken pieces. Stir fry and add in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sugar. Fry till all ingredients are well combined and fragrant. Add in water.
- Simmer till gravy is slightly thick, dish out to serve with rice or plain white porridge.
- Adjust seasoning according to quantity of leftover roasted meat.
