Simple Chilli Sauce for Stir Fry Noodles

This is a simple chilli sauce suitable for vegetarian stir fry noodles [beehoon, kuay teow, yellow noodles etc].
50 gm chilli paste
100 ml water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
  • Bring all ingredients to a quick boil.  Cool and store in glass container.
