This lemon chicken wings dish does not need any deep
frying. The chicken wings are pan fried
till brown and then braised with lemon
slices and seasoning. You may deep fry the wings if you like.
It is also as flavorful as the usual lemon chicken dish, tastes sweet and sourish. An
appetizingly good dish to have with plain white rice.

Lemon chicken is one of my kids' favourite. Looks very delicious!
Hi Joyce, I enjoyed the lemon rings which is not really bitter as it has already absorbed the seasoning. I think it would be awesome to prepare this dish with drumsticks or chicken whole legs.
