Comes to
steamed fish sauce, this Thai Garlic Sauce is always my favourite when I like
something sourish, sweet, spicy and fragrant.
It is also so easy and simple yet the result is awesome and very
appetizing.
Salmons blocks were sold at the supermarket at quite reasonably priced [RM 25.00/kg] before Christmas. Certain times, it could be cheaper than this. Bought some to steam them with the fragrant and tasty garlic dressing that costs only RM 5.00.
This time I added some chopped lemongrass and the sauce was so good, very tasty especially when the fish was fresh.

Kimmy, your Thai Style Steamed Salmon looks good. I seldom buy salmon because it is pricey. But once in a while I do buy it and mostly like to grill. Must try steaming it one day.
Hi Phong Hong, you must try steaming salmon. The sauce is appetising and the fish is juicy if steamed to perfection. I can slurp up all the steaming sauce.
