WISHING ALL READERS

BLOGGER FRIENDS
"HAPPY MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL 2013"
Below are the various baked and non-baked mooncakes which I made for Autumn Mooncake Festival 2013. There are endless varieties with a wide combination of flavours and colours shared in books and by blogger friends but it's never possible to make them all in one go. All are so good to be enjoyed during this festival but priority has to come in as control, hehehe! So can only bookmarked them for next years' mooncake mania...
2. Coconut Figurine Mooncake [2013]
Gosh, Kimmy. That's a great variety of mooncakes. Your relatives will be so happy to receive these gifts from you!
ReplyDeletehelo Kimmy...dah beberapa hari ni akak tengok your mooncake wow...
ReplyDeleteKimmy, maaf ya, honestly nak tau, mooncake yang dijual dikedai tu, adakah halal untuk kami orang Muslim makan? Kadang2 teringin nak rasa...dulu2 family Cina akak cakap Muslim tak boleh makan mooncake sebab ada lard. Mooncake tak cantik tanpa lard...
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival to you and family Kimmy...:)

ReplyDeleteHi Cheah, so far so good. I understand that they have finished all of it as at yesterday.
ReplyDeleteHi Queenie dear, dulu mungkin mereka guna lard tapi skg yg branded punya tidak ada lagi. I cadang you try buat sendiri. Yang tak ada campur telur masin, I makan sebagai makanan 'vegetarian' - maknanya ia tetap halal. I tak pernah guna lard untuk mooncake I, tapi cantik tak?
ReplyDeleteHi Delphine, thanks for your greetings, my wishes to you and loved ones too.
ReplyDeletehi Kimmy, now I know where to find inspiration when it comes to mooncakes, as well as cottony cakes *wink*
ReplyDeleteHey Kimmy,
ReplyDeletewish I can be one of your friends or neighbours so that I can get to enjoy your mooncakes. So many varieties and so colourful, you must have put in a lot of effort! :)
Hi Alice, you're welcome to visit me for these recipes and I'm still trying to make them as easy as possible to encourage more people to make their own. Just met a lady who tried the figurine mooncakes with kuaci. She told me, they were good and easy to make.
ReplyDeleteHi Miss B, you are my friend but too bad, too far away but you can always try making your own. Not that difficult if you do it by stages.
ReplyDeleteKimmy, this will be a good source of reference for anyone wanting to make mooncakes. I wish I could sample all your mooncakes!
ReplyDeleteHi Phong Hong, I would love to share them with you.
