Good morning Kimmy,
ReplyDeleteA rather interesting herbal dish which I've never try before. I think I should give it a go because of its health benefits as I suffered from extreme fibroids and having very heavy periods running into months at a time. How's the taste like? Is the herbal taste very strong?
Would appreciate your feedback. Thanks
Florence
Hi Florence, sorry to know about your problem but do think positive as this could be a menopausal symptom if you are around this age. If it is this reason, maybe Pak Chan soup can help as a remedy. Do check with the medical shops or maybe a visit to a gynae will solve this problem. The taste is like normal herbal soup, not that bitter. It is just the dark look which you may think is a strong herbal soup.
