truly, i love to be your neighbour... you cook up some seriously nice dish Kimmy
ReplyDeleteKimmy, this is something like chicken chop. I love this type of sweet and sour sauce. Very appetizing!
ReplyDeleteHi Victoria, I love trying out dishes with various flavours especially those that are easy, simple to prepare and cook, yet must be tasty. I find it worthy to try and it's very economical too.
ReplyDeleteHi Phong Hong, yes if you deep fried the chicken. To save oil, I usually pan fry it and the chicken edges aren't as crispy but it is alright. After all it is home-cooking. The sauce is appetising, no doubt.
ReplyDeleteHi Kimmy,
ReplyDeleteI love how adventurous you are with the mix and match of ingredients and come out with very delicious dish.
I am a happy girl with just this dish and a plate of white rice. :)

Hi Karen, this dish is good as a One Dish Meal as it is appetising enough for a simple meal with some fresh salad. Fuss free and quick to cook especially with the use of a non-stick pan.
ReplyDeleteHi Mui Mui, I am of the same opinion as you for this dish. Best of all, young fellows of the house will accept and enjoy it anytime.
ReplyDeleteHi Kimmy,
ReplyDeleteIf you give me a bowl of steamed rice, I can finish all of this dish all by myself with the bowl of steamed rice... LOL!
Very delicious!
